1. General Terms

Operating multiple accounts by the same person, household, or from the same IP address may result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can be used only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• When a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• pktk3 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are abused or exploited strategically.
• pktk3 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Use

All games on pktk3 are conducted fairly and transparently. Fair play and a Random Number Generator (RNG) are ensured on our platform.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through independent and impartial technology. No previous result affects future results. If a technical error affects a game result, that bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. Each event has its own betting rules and market terms. Any bet associated with match fixing or any illegal activity will be cancelled.

6.3 Technical Issues

pktk3 is not responsible for any loss caused by loss of internet connection or other technical issues. In such situations, the data stored on the server will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk3. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or similar strategies).
• Participating in fraud, deception, or money laundering activities.
• Operating an account using fake identity documents or false information.
• Making unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or hacking.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Depositing funds from corrupt or illegal sources.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 pktk3's Rights

pktk3 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a violation of these Terms is found.
• If false or inconsistent information is found in the account details.
• If a technical or security risk is encountered.
• If a request for age or identity verification goes unanswered.
• By order of a court or legal authority.

8.2 Member's Rights
